Booking conditions
The official booking form must be used and completed in full. Bookings made more than 4 weeks in advance require a deposit of £50 per apartment, per week. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. The balance is due on the day of arrival. Bookings made less than four weeks in advance require the full charge to be paid.
Payment
Payment may be made by
a. Cash
b. Cheque or postal made payable to N.J & L.M Roach.
c. Credit card by completing details on the booking form. Please note the cost of credit card transactions will be added to your at 2%.
Eligibility
Bookings will not be accepted from:
1. Group of single persons under the age 25 years.
2. All male or female parties in excess of two
Pets
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
Duration and times of letting
Lettings are for a maximum of four weeks and commence from 1400 hours on the Friday/Saturday and end at 1000hours on the Friday/Saturday at the end of the tenancy.
Cancellation
Cancellation may be advised by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, within seven days. We strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out, as in the event of the apartment remaining vacant for the cancellation period, full charges will become due. a holiday insurance application form is enclosed.
Tenancy
The tenancy is created within the meaning of section 9 of the rent act 1977.
The tenant agrees
a. The keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state.
b. To pay for any breakages and damage.
c. Not to cause a nuisance to neighbours
d. To allow the owner reasonable access.
If deposit is paid by credit or debit card we reserve the right to take the balance if accommodation is not taken and cancellation has not been notified.
