Rotorua is located in Carbis Bay, St Ives and within 5 minutes drive of the town center and only six miles from Penzance.

The A30 is only a few minutes away giving easy access to the rest of Cornwall, Devon and the M5. There is a branch line railway station linked to nearby Penzance with main line links to London and the rest of the country. There is also a bus station which has regular local and national bus links.

If approaching by car from the A30 and following the A3074 on approaching  Carbis Bay turn left after passing apartments called Roach’s Court onto Trencrom Lane and continue along the lane for ¼ mile. The Apartments are situated on the the right hand side there is ample parking at the front of the building.
