Rotorua 4 Star Apartments are personally supervised by the owners, Linda and Nicky Roach, who live nearby. The development of eight luxury apartments is situated in a quiet wooded lane just off the main St Ives road.

All of the apartments here at Rotorua are non-smoking.

The picturesque fishing village of St Ives is just under 2 miles away, and it is renowned for its narrow cobbled streets, many golden sandy beaches and artists together with many galleries including the famous Tate. It also boasts many restaurants offering fine food.

Carbis Bay with its outstanding views and magnificent sandy beach is only a 10 minute walk from the apartments. Other local beaches are also within easy reach.
